Actual on-camera Reform racism will get 1% of the media and political outrage that fake racism accusations against the Greens have gotten for the past week
Warning: Distressing and graphic language
An undercover investigation inside Reform UK’s political operation has found senior party officials saying they have to “defend the indefensible” when dealing with accusations of racism against party figures, with Nigel Farage told he was “protecting” one Reform candidate from being sacked for allegedly racist views.
ITV Exposure gained unprecedented access to Reform’s Westminster headquarters, sending in an undercover reporter inside the party in January 2026, where she worked as a press officer. She secretly recorded conversations between Reform officials as they dealt with multiple accusations of racism by Reform councillors and candidates.
Reform UK told us: “Not all individuals covertly recorded by ITV are members of Reform UK. Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed.
“Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations.
“There is no room for racism in Reform UK. We always respect due process of investigations and whilst these are ongoing it would not be appropriate to comment on individual cases.”

Remember: if Sally Rooney had said that she supports Israel's war crimes, apartheid, occupation and genocide in Gaza, her books could still be sold in Britain.
Bestselling Irish author Sally Rooney has announced that her books can no longer be sold in the UK due to the British government’s ban on Palestine Action.
In a statement on Wednesday, the award-winning Normal People author said that due to her publicly-stated intention to go on supporting Palestine Action, including with royalties from her work, “the fulfilment of contracts to publish my work in the UK could now constitute a serious criminal offence”.
Rooney added: “After a process of consultation and deliberation, and with my full agreement, my publisher Faber has therefore determined that it can no longer supply my work within the UK. I have made every effort to be honest with the public about my beliefs and intentions, and I am wholly prepared to accept the consequences.”
Palestine Action became the first direct action group in British history to be proscribed as a terror organisation under Keir Starmer’s Labour government last summer.
Palestine Action is not proscribed or otherwise banned in the Republic of Ireland, where Rooney lives.
Rooney’s outspoken support for Palestine Action has previously disrupted her work in Britain. In September 2025, she was forced to cancel a trip to the UK to receive the Sky Arts award for her latest novel, 2024’s Intermezzo, due to the risk she would be arrested under the Terrorism Act.
She also submitted a statement to the High Court in support of the legal challenge to Palestine Action’s proscription in November 2025, arguing that the ban impeded free expression, including cultural and artistic expression, and warning that her works could disappear from UK booksellers altogether.
Faber, Rooney's UK and Ireland publisher, said: “Current legislation in the UK has led to circumstances where Faber cannot pass on UK earnings to Sally Rooney for her work. To sell a writer’s work and not be able to pass on earnings is an unconscionable situation for a publisher.
“As such, and in full agreement with Sally, we have taken the decision that we can no longer supply her works in the UK in any format. We remain the proud publisher of her remarkable body of work, which we will continue to sell in other territories.”
Since the ban on Palestine Action came into force, more than 3,700 people have been arrested for opposing the proscription, the vast majority for holding paper signs that read: “I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.”
According to the Home Office’s own data, terror-related arrests have risen by 1,553% in the last year, with 94% of them linked to support for Palestine Action.
Palestine Action co-founder Huda Ammori is challenging the proscription in the Supreme Court, beginning on 4 November.

Great weekend with great people watching the birds in London this weekend. Every game is an Eagles home game 🏡🦅

Couldn't find a reasonably priced nonstop flight out of Philly, so decided to fly out of JFK. At the time, I thought maybe flying out of New York meant it would be one of my first flights for an Eagles game in 15 years that wasn't full of Eagles fans.
I should have known better.
Walking the terminal, I saw Eagles gear. OK, i figured maybe there would be a few Eagles fans.
Should have known better.
Arrived at the gate, and what do you hear? "E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!" The gate agent says over the speakers if you want to see the Eagles play, you need to listen and get your boarding pass out.
Fifteen years into this, no matter the city (or continent), it's a constant.
(One person who didn't know better: A nice British woman sitting next to me asking what they're saying and why they're screaming. Where do I start?)
I'm going to say this again in clear, simple terms so there can be no equivocation:
Prior to Brexit, immigrants very rarely came to the UK in small boats because it is an extremely dangerous mode of transport. They came in lorries. Organised smuggling gangs knew that because there was free movement of goods between EU countries that there was a high chance that a lorry concealing immigrants would not be searched.
I am sure you all remember that terrible case of a lorry-load of migrants from China and Vietnam that was abandoned in Essex. 31 men and 8 women died.
The onset of Brexit meant that gradually, from approx 2018 onwards, more and more stringent checks began being carried out on lorries, as well as increased security at ferry ports - even Newhaven-Dieppe are surrounded with high barbed wire security fences, and every vehicle leaving Dieppe is opened and checked, so I imagine it must be pretty much the same at Calais and Boulogne as well.
We have no idea how many people a year arrived in the UK unlawfully by lorry. The reason for this is because they were literally untrackable. Occasionally you would see a lorry stopped by the M2 or the M25 with a handful of people standing behind the safety barrier while the police had the blue lights on. But they certainly could not track what they didn't know about.
The likelihood is that there were a great many more people getting into the country. The overwhelming majority of them would disappear into the undergrowth, never to be seen again until either
a) they committed an offence
b) they were caught in raids working illegally
c) they either walked into a police station to claim asylum almost immediately or
d) they popped over the parapet several years later because they wanted to regularise their status, either by marrying, or because they had children, or under the Long Residence rules - it used to be 15 years but is now 20 years. If you can prove you have been in the UK continuously for 20 years and have otherwise kept your nose clean, you are entitled to limited leave to remain. Eventually you might get settlement after 30 years - again, if you can prove you have always been in the country in that time. You will not get nationality if you entered the country illegally these days, though, unless you can show that there is something exceptional about your contribution to society.
The small boats are different. The small boats are highly visible. The small boats - and their passengers - are very easy to spot, and very easy for the Coastguard and Border Force to track. A man from the BBC used to spend all his time stood on a cliff counting them post-Brexit.
Yes, there will be the occasional one that slips through undetected. But that is the opposite of the way it was with lorry smuggling, where it was the occasional one that was actually detected, and the majority slipping through un-noticed.
The irony of Farage, Lowe, Robinson, Tommo and all the other far-right screechers claiming we are unsafe because of "fighting age men" arriving on these boats is hilarious if it wasn't so desperate. When the boats arrive, every person is fingerprinted, screened and vetted as best we can, although another irony of Brexit is we no longer have automatic access to Europol except if we have grounds to suspect someone is a criminal rather than just an asylum seeker, so well done Brexit for that as well.
Also, as we are no longer party to what's called the Dublin Agreement, whereas before we could make an application to France to take them back, and take responsibility for the asylum claim, now we are out of the EU we can't do that either.
But at least we know who is here, we have their fingerprints, and we know who they are.
In short, we are arguably safer from the "fighting age men" now that at any time in the past 30-odd years. The numbers are reducing. The numbers of crossings are reducing.
I hold no candle for Labour these days, but at least they are processing the backlog the Tories (deliberately?) built up and those who don't have the right here are being deported as well.
Boris Johnson is as full of shit as he always was.
Feel free to share this.

‼️ And here is the real-world result in Portsmouth.
Social-media agitators manufacture fear and summon crowds. Reform turns that fear into political power. Cryptocurrency billionaires provide the millions needed to amplify the message nationwide.
This is what the £72 million war chest will fund: division industrialised, hatred monetised and public anger redirected towards migrants rather than those dismantling Britain’s services and democracy.
🚨 Breaking: a far right crowd of hundreds is in Portsmouth - led by known fascist and neo-Nazis. Hundreds of anti-fascists from @SUTRPortsmouth are opposing them.

Yesterday, a pack of blackshirts turned up at the Mail’s offices & the police opened a criminal investigation into Farage’s funding.
And this is the front page today. Honestly, so much of the British press is a busted flush. It’s just embarrassing.
Bit of early Xmas shopping done on the @RNLI online store. Some lovely stuff.
With all this nonsense going around, if you can, then now would be a very good time to show them your support and spend a few quid✌️🛟
