If @Olacabs @Uber are operating illegally in any state or city, why werent authorities not taking any action? The aggregators should comply to the regulations and withheld any access to the application by riders and driver partners. indianexpress.com/article/ci…
This is really a great step towards an integrated approach. These high level meetings should be often to understand the issues and implement measures. Also integrated ticketing should be next step.
Dear @FlixBus India team, send your vehicle details so that passenger know which bus and whom to contact. Seems like you are showing offers in the beginning to woo customer and forgot customer service. Disappointed with your in bus staff behaviour.
What is the use of @DigiYatraOffice if @IndiGo6E fails to assign seat during web checkin, every damn seat is chargeable now starting INR75. On top of that Bangalore airport says they need boarding pass to enter airport.
