Kim Stanley Robinson described all of that in his Mars Trilogy novels back in 1992. (Great books!) It's been known about all along.

honest to god the “i’ve never seen a convincing case of DID, it likely doesn’t exist” comments from armchair psychologists online have never made me doubt my diagnosis in the slightest and i don’t think they ever will. i have the experience to know DID is 100% undeniably real.

BPD really is the worst because you could be on your last limb screaming and crying and begging for someone to just show a shred of sympathy, but then you're labeled as a manipulative abuser because you're hurting and want someone to care

The popularization of therapy speak has done enormous collective social damage. Yes, the meltdowns of people with BPD are manipulative, in the same way that it's manipulative to scream for help when you're in danger, or for a person with cancer to post a gofundme. Any attempt

I just think its kinda insensitive to people with vitiligo to treat it as something that happens when a dark skin person and light skin person have a child
