The highly anticipated second book. Can’t wait to read it and get copies in our libraries at Feltham. A big thanks to @johnmcavoy2 @PaulZanon1972 for this copy #powerofsport ⭐️ @potts70
Today has been a good day for the oldies:
9am : beat my 22yr old son at parkrun.
2pm : beat (smashed) my 22yr old son at golf.
I do like Athers a lot, but did he just say: New Zealand under pressure? They were 318 runs to the good when said comment was made @ECB_cricket @SkyCricket 😳
As much as that goal yesterday is going to hand Arsenal the league title, what’s worse is that it could potentially relegate West Ham. With all this modern day technology, this has to be better. 🤷🏼♂️

Brilliant, positive morning with guests from @HmppsInsights Best way to start the weekend.
Also a huge thank you to our amazing volunteers from @bedfontparkrun 👏🏻👏🏻
A great morning, as part of @HmppsInsights we welcomed in 28 visitors to run with HMP&YOI Feltham’s @parkrunUK. We’re very lucky to be able to share this amazing event with others and have the great support we do 🧡 @potts70 @bedfontparkrun

To kick off mens health awareness month at @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK we decided to walk together. It allowed time to talk about what’s going on in everyone’s journeys & how we can support each other. Saturdays are always great but today was a different kind of great 🧡@potts70

As much as @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK is about taking part & volunteering we have to give big praise to our 1st finisher today. The volunteers have been waiting for a sub 20, & today P.Needingworth got it! A big thanks to those running extra laps to support others @potts70 🧡🏃🏾🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️

The cooler, wetter weather put a few regulars off this mornings @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK but it was perfect for 5 participants pushing for PB’s. We also had half a dozen come and do a few laps with the aim of building up to a 5k. Still the best way to start the weekend @potts70🧡

Always good to return to @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK after a few weeks away. The young adults and men grabbing a few PB’s between them as well as bringing along a few of their peers to introduce them to the positive mornings we have every Saturday 🏃🏾🏃🏼🏃🏼♀️🧡 @potts70 #powerofsport
