I bore myself with the repetitive positivity but this really is the best start to my weekend 🤣🙈 l love @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK It’s an amazing initiative for the YA’s & men for both their physical & mental wellbeing but it’s brilliant for me too 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏾🧡 #powerofsport @potts70
Thanks to the generous Bedfont Lakes parkrun community we now have enough funds to purchase brand-new pacer vests which will debut this Saturday! 🩵 Importantly, we raised enough for replacement defib pads & batteries too #loveparkrun

An amazing morning at @bedfontparkrun celebrating Gary’s 500th run & Sandra’s 500th volunteering milestones. Myself, @potts70 @hmyoifeltham are very lucky to have met them & appreciate all the support we get from them both at our in- custody event & on temporary release runs 🧡⭐️

Great to meet up with former work colleague James and his better half Elin at Bedfont Lakes parkrun. James is a flying machine but parkrun is a run, not a race. He came 7th! Super event, brilliantly organised. @parkrunUK @bedfontparkrun #parkrun #running #run
