Today heading into HMP Feltham for @parkrunUK was as always an inspiring morning seeing first hand the power of sport as young men spoke about their ambitions to leave a life of crime behind as we all ran together. A special shout out to @MGlassup who celebrated her 250th community volunteer parkrun a milestone that reflects the dedication of the people who make these opportunities ❤️

Firstly, we’re sorry for the lack of media yesterday. On the pitch,@HanworthVillaFC were a class above. A team full of quality and professionalism who dominated from start to finish and showed exactly why they are where they are. But what really stood out to us was the respect they showed us, both on and off the pitch. From everyone involved with the club, they were an absolute credit to Hanworth Villa. We genuinely couldn’t have drawn a nicer club to play against. We wish them the very best of luck in the next round and for the rest of the season — we’ll certainly be cheering them on. Off the pitch, we’ve genuinely been blown away by the support we’ve received. From @itvmeridian , @wearetrackradio and @markpougatch and the coverage @mikemccaffreyuk and @thesnlfdod give us, to every single message on social media, the texts wishing us luck and everyone who got behind us — it has meant so much. And then to have a crowd of 470 yesterday was absolutely amazing. We honestly couldn’t tell you the last time we had a crowd like that! The whole occasion was something we’ll remember for a long time, and that’s down to every single person who played a part in making it happen. Now that the madness is over, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported us, came through the gates, sent a message, shared a post or simply wished us well. We really do appreciate every one of you. Now it’s time to get back to business, enjoy the season ahead and see where it takes us. Thank you for your incredible support. 🦁 ⚽️🙌
