We do not have an official #AccessibleHousingPledge campaign this election, but you can still bring it up with your candidates, in your letters to the editor, and in your feed, using the hashtag. The link to the website remains active, if you'd like to find more info there.

It actually doesn't matter how much her budget is, market accessible housing simply does not exist. I hope that all of the parties involved in this brutal situation recognize the impact of this shortage and put their collective efforts into making change.

I challenge UBCO (or the arm building the tower) to be bold and innovative by making every single apartment in their building accessible, or at least adaptable. Why not?

This includes disabled seniors, who often end up moving to an institution or facility as they age due to inaccessible . Well-designed housing does not exclude anyone.
