Some people just can't afford to hire proper #SEO experts.
Many among those are small businesses.
The next thing is "do it yourself" using some tools made for pros like Semrush or Ahrefs.

Google is introducing a new Search Console feature that lets you measure how your content on Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube performs in Google Search.
For years, social performance and search performance have lived in separate reporting worlds. That's starting to change! Instead of only seeing traffic to your website, you'll also get visibility into how people discover your social content through Google.
Why does this matter?
Until now, there was no native way to measure how your brand's social content performed in Google Search or Discover.
Now, Google is giving marketers first-party data on content they don't actually own. That means you can see which social content earns impressions and clicks in Search 👇
You can track X/Twitter performance of your account on Google Search Console! How?
Just go to properties in the left hand navigation.
Click "+ Add property" and choose X (or Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
After around 48h you can to see data.

Over in my subreddit @onreact shared a hilarious find: Google's Gemini refuses to talk about utopian novels and authors.
I tried that as well and prompted Gemini "Share some memorable 1984 quotes by George Orwell". It started listing some of them, then blinked and gave the same message, "Normally I can help with things like this, but I don't seem to have access to that content. You can try again or ask me for something else."
In case you don't know, George Orwell is the author of the famous “Big Brother is Watching You” quote... 👁️👀
I guess Big Brother doesn't want us to know about the Big Brother 😆

Social media was SEO 2.0 - like twenty years ago.
AI search optimization is just another layer of SEO.
SEO 2.0 (nowadays called social SEO) can help with both, by way of Reddit.
When you have a severe case of acronymia and stammering things like AEO, GEO, AIO seek o doctor.
I'm confused due to all the hype about "the biggest upgrade to our Search box in 25 years".
Did they even roll it out already? Globally?
All I see is a bunch of false positives.
I use mainly Google alternatives so I'm not even sure it's the new interface LOL.
