I am not cancelling my account tonight, I figure there is enough back lash @TwinSpires might change their new terms and conditions. I've used the opt out section on their website (which means absolutely nothing for this portion of the terms and conditions, but at least I can voice my displeasure). Arbitration email is out as well... they make it mandatory to opt in and multi-step to opt out.
No more Twinspires for me until it's changed and if it's not I guess I'm a @NYRABets contest player moving forward.
I may cancel my account over this. Don't like it at all.

Since Joe missed the point, claiming races used to be the lifeblood of the sport. Now, they are the epitome of welfare for horsemen. They are often the least bettable races on any card. Even having 6-5 and 1-2 favorites in these is an indictment on the game.
