NewJeans withdrew their appeal against the court's decision on their contracts with ADOR according to Danielle's Legal Team: "They chose to withdraw their appeal because they trusted ADOR’s statement in court that “ADOR still trusts NewJeans, if members return, we will provide full support to NewJeans as a complete group'" In the same lawsuit in which ADOR is indulging in right now, this is their statement on NewJeans: "You left on your own, came back after the court ruled against you, now you're saying 'but you told us to come back and promise to forgive the past'" "That's the attitude of someone who's in the wrong"
