Really glad that everyone is safe. While I have seen a few larger companies come out and say "dont worry, we had a DR plan and it worked fine", there will be a slew of people who didn't and my heart goes out to them and the people physically dealing with the aftermath #hugops
Had a really nice chat with @SaimaMohsin about #HiddenDisabilities while awaiting help from Heathrow Special Assistance. Spent almost 50mins after landing just waiting to get to passport control and not including the wait to be seen! I feel for everyone who was queuing up :(

My best wishes go out to people currently stuck in chaos from the @Gatwick_Airport due to the #drone being spotted. Whoever is conducting this sounds like they are trying to cause chaos around the airport and it is a malicious action from information out there
