Here is a content warning I saw at the Women in Revolt exhibit at Tate Britain. Posted at the entrance, it sets a tone and helps visitors prepare for their experience. If they decide the exhibit is not for them, they can skip it entirely.

when museums tweet about their amazing achievements or whatever they should have to give every member of staff involved the opportunity to speak about how they worked to the point of burnout to make it happen.

The funding pitch of "100% of your donation goes directly to the cause" was detrimental to the non-profit field. Donors' perception needs to shift to "I'm giving you the resources to do this work". Because that's what it is. It's labor.
Dear #nonprofit leaders: Let's flip the switch on the overhead question. A donor just told me 20% is far too high and I just cannot anymore. Employees deserve a living wage. No exceptions. Let's normalize overhead costs.

Please RT the tweet below. We have a goal of reaching 7000 classrooms between now & 12/31. That will be ~500 more than we've ever reached in a semester, but I know we can do it. We don't have the funding for major ad spending, so we rely on word of mouth. SPREAD THE WORD!
