I'm currently attending the amazing ICSB conference in Dublin, so long story short (1/n)
Our results revealed widespread
down-regulation of biosynthetic pathways, particularly in amino acid and nucleotide metabolism.
Combinatorial treatments induced condition-specific metabolic alterations, including synergistic effects over the ornithine and polyamine biosynthesis
The inferred metabolic shifts provide insight into drug synergy mechanisms and highlight potential therapeutic
vulnerabilities. We developed a Python package, MTEApy, implementing both TIDE frameworks: github.com/bsc-life/mteapy
