Judges get decisions wrong all the time. It happens, so it would be absurd to suggest this case is over. But I also really doubt that City’s lawyers are feeling “bullish”. It is City that has to do the heavy lifting here, and they will know it is a very tough job. 6/6

There have been plenty of reports about Man City’s evidence that they think proves their case. For those wondering, it’s important to know that this evidence would almost definitely have been presented to the independent commission. Real trials are not like Boston Legal. 1/6

You cannot attribute the info/quote to the source. Anyone who discloses information to a journalist/investigator and expects it NOT to make it to publication/broadcast is a naive fool. Why do they think they're talking to you? This is the same believing the stripper likes you.

The latest on Pope Leo XIV’s post-op recovery: “This morning, the Holy Father underwent the blood tests and chest X-ray scheduled after surgery. The results confirm that his postoperative recovery is progressing normally: the values are within the expected range for the type of operation performed.  The Holy Father has undergone respiratory physiotherapy and has begun walking around his room. He has resumed eating normally and had breakfast and lunch.”

Pope Leo XIV will be admitted to the Agostinho Gemilli Hospital tomorrow morning to have surgery. He is expected to remain in hospital for a week. The Mass scheduled for Wednesday for the conclusion of the meeting on Amoris laetitia, will now be celebrated by Chito Cardinal Tagle. In another change, the final summary report of this Amoris laetitia meeting will not be published until after the Pope himself has read, approved and given his own contributions to the document. Let us keep the Holy Father in our prayers.
