Two girls, aged 14 and 15, were raped multiple times in separate attacks by three boys aged 13 to 14. The boys filmed the rapes while laughing and later shared the videos. They were convicted on 10 rape charges, but none went to jail. They only got Youth Rehabilitation Orders. Once again, the system protected the boys’ futures while destroying the future of girls.

Everyone on the court should be publicly hanged after being disemboweled two days earlier.
The Helsinki Court of Appeal has cleared three men who raped a heavily intoxicated 17-year-old girl in a wooded area in Finland. The girl was so drunk that she had actually been taken to the hospital for intoxication just before the assault. The three men then raped her in the woods right outside the hospital.
Both the District Court and the Court of Appeal completely dismissed all charges and let the men walk free without any convictions.
Judges ruled that despite her severe intoxication, CCTV footage showed she was still legally capable of forming and expressing consent. The court decided that the men could have believed the teenager was agreeing to having sex, ultimately freeing them from all criminal responsibility. It is completely fucked up that a court thinks a teenager drunk enough to need a hospital is somehow sober enough to consent to three grown men. Being drunk does not mean consent. Not saying no does not mean consent. If someone is too intoxicated to care for themselves, they cannot give real consent, period.

Two men drugged two college women with fentanyl, raped one of them while she was actively dying of an overdose, photographed both of them and sent the pictures to his friends, and waited 40 minutes to alert campus security that both women were passed out. They can move a domestic fixture to protect their players for the Champions League, arrive fully fit, fully prepared, and then play a team that has just come through a full Premier League weekend with no such option.
“That is not squad management. That is a competitive advantage the other clubs do not have. In England, in Spain, in Germany, the league schedule is fixed. You play when you are told. You cannot ring the league and ask them to move the game because you have a Champions League match four days later. PSG can. And they use it.
“Add to that the level of the domestic competition. When the gap between first and the rest is so large, you can rest half your team, protect key players from fatigue and injury, and still win the league comfortably. The others cannot do the same. They have to play their best players every week just to stay in the race.
