My morning routine now comprises Stretching for around 10-12 minutes Plyo exercises for around 15minutes Meditation for between 12-20minutes… Makes a massive difference to the day you know 🙏

Ive had dry needling from a physio and it’s really been amazing - it’s an odd sensation but definitely helped me - it was more part of the treatment than the centre piece..
