One word. One planet. 🪐
Our first word: CERULEAN 💙, from @mlstotts
So I painted him a planet: deep blue sea, a little boat, a leaping fish 🐟
Drop ONE word below, and the next planet might be yours ✨ #Mignonverse #watercolor

Moth Ball is the new video by London experimental / spoken word duo BAG 🌐🌐
The new single combines visceral poetry and exploratory sound in a skewed, mesmerising dreamscape.
“Electronics, field recordings and poetry collide in vivid form... probing communication’s elusive core.” - The Quietus
“A caustic stream of jagged sound... DeSchutter’s spoken word skims like a thrown stone.” - The Wire
Following the release of lead single “Floor Phlegm Hue” last month, our most recent signees, London-based experimental spoken word and electronics duo BAG (aka Jody DeSchutter and Daniel Allison), are back with another new track taken from their upcoming album.
“Moth Ball” is steeped in disorienting sound design, as if drifting in from a delirious room next door. Its poetry arrives spliced and stuttered, never settling and always in motion. BAG draws from the outer edges of avant performance and the ecstatic spoken word of New York’s fertile early experimental scene, à la Laurie Anderson. As vocalist DeSchutter pushes into the rolling, roaring coda, traces of earlier morphemes re-emerge, skittering in crescendo through a haze of woozy string synthesis.

I was digging into @mlibty 's work out of curiosity, mostly felt obsessed with how he treats systems as raw artistic material rather than just decoration. Instead of remixing a specific piece, that experience just sparked my own recurring loops with visibility, bureaucracy, collective perception, and recursive consciousness using p5.js.

Every window has a watcher.
The watchers pack together until they form an eye. The eye starts spitting out records. The paperwork piles up into a mirror box where observation just folds back on itself endlessly.
Tracking a continuous cycle:
individual perception → collective perception → institutional abstraction → self-recursive consciousness.
