German good-thing-maxxing reaching new levels. Please send your application to the media regulator so we can decide if you are sufficiently pro-good-thing to feature in the optimal state mandated 20% of pro-good-thing media people must see on every platform they use.
🇩🇪 German state governments are advancing legislation that would require social media platforms to tweak their algorithms so at least 20 percent of content is “diversity-promoting.”
State media would automatically qualify for the privileged status of being featured in these recommendations, while private media organizations would need to apply and show they are sufficiently pro-diversity to receive approval from the state media authorities.

Friendly reminder that the men before us all understood these basic human realities…
It was common sense until 5 seconds ago.
The destruction of irreplaceable works of art and architecture is second only to suicide in moral depravity. It is a premeditated act of murder which obliterates living history, trashes the transcendental and impoverishes entire civilizations. It should carry the death penalty.

Il faudrait peut-être commencer à songer à enlever les tableaux du Louvre, comme sous la précédente Occupation ?

A civil war ????? What civil war could we possibly have with those people ? A civil war is between parts of the same people. What's impending is a war of liberation, a decolonization war, a revolt of the natives against the occupier.

You think it's over?
Last time it only took 300 christian men in the mountains who decided enough was enough.
Reconquista is upon you whether you like it or not.

when Rome was sacked, most people living in the Roman Empire didn't notice much of a difference in their daily lives
the farmers kept farming, the merchants kept trading, the normies kept norming. life went on
Rome still fell
the fact that you can walk down your street and get a croissant doesn't tell you much about the state of your civilization
but it tells a lot about you

They aren’t burning historic buildings because of economic reasons, they’re burning them because they are important to the French, they hate the French, and they are not French.
People keep acting like their targets are random.

There is no magic soil.
There's no magic Constitution or laws either.
A nation is only its people, and it lives or dies on that alone.

At the current rate, it won’t be long before they burn the Mona Lisa or take hammers to Michelangelo’s David…

You will be amazed at the things that survived multiple German invasions, the Kaiser and the Fuhrer too, but will not survive rioting African migrants.

Look at how Apple believes the American family to look like — a bunch of snarky, disrespectful children. Not to mention Apple’s beliefs of the roles of a family. Each member is wild trope and they are only galvanized by the glow of a screen placed at the center of the home. Gross
Social security means we're effectively paying out of our own pocket to save retirees from having to sell their houses to us at market rates. The entire American economy exists to prop up the tyranny of the old over the young.
1. Homeowners track their estimated home values on Zillow and Redfin religiously
2. Those value estimates are based on recent historical comps of closed transactions
3. The market is frozen so those value estimates aren’t moving down to the true price at which the market would actually clear for a net-new listing put on the market today
4. High overlap between homeowners and stock owners, wealth effect means most homeowners dont *need* to sell. It would just be nice to sell if they could get the high price they think their home is worth
5. Due to frozen market and lack of recent comps to adjust value estimates down, homeowners believe their home is worth more than it actually is, and are enticed to list for “nice-to-have” sales at artificially high list prices
6. Due to overpriced listings the market stays frozen and the cycle reinforces itself
7. A small portion of buyers who *have to* buy do transact at those artificially high prices because they have no other choice
8. This provides just enough signal to keep the value estimates pinned artificially high
Cycle probably won’t break until homeowner move from “it would be nice to sell if I can get this price” to “I have to sell at any price”.
Which likely needs a stock market crash or recession
In the meantime prices will stay high but liquidity very low
