I was privileged last week to serve as a guest lecture at @BrownUniversity’s @BrownEship. The Director of the B-Lab program, @lexithevc, invited me to lecture the 2024 B-Lab cohort. My lecture covered the legal landscape of venture backed startups. Had an absolute blast.
