Founders please, I beg you. Please do not send biz dev, sales, interns, CFOs, advisors, mentors etc to intro meetings with VCs. I really only want to meet the founders. I'm investing in the founders and I can't be their champion if I don't meet them.
It helps remove proximity and network bias in the dealflow process - we've got one @lightshipcap (because country club/social club networking sucks and you shouldn't need it to get the attention of a VC)
