It's 2026 and people still react like that? They're making a huge issue over nothing. Who looks at the people on the next table when they're eating anyway?

Good point. Yes, that would definitely be prime time 50 years ago.

Thing is, everyone already knew what they were. Racists aren't going to be shocked that the party they vote for is riddled with racists. 😞

Isn't that the issue where Bodie or Doyle swears? It threw me at the time to see "bleedin'" said in a children's comic. Even though I was 22.

That's it, in a packet of bubble gum in the late Sixties.

Sadly I agree. Thousands of thick bastards will be in the pubs tomorrow saying how they agree with them.

The ultra bright colours make them look like toys and distract from the drama.

Perhaps she was worried about getting cramp.

In the comics the Vision's body had been that of the original Human Torch of the 1940s.

Maybe wait and see like movie audiences used to do?

Yep, it's the party of dodgy creeps. The sort of people to avoid, not put in government.
Replying to @Gypsypup13
Those comments they made are exactly the sort of things I've overheard in backstreet pubs for decades. Sick, bigoted, and vile. Reform appeal to that toxic mindset so unfortunately they won't lose any support over it.
