Lol! Of what use are these bloody fundamental rights when a babu can take it all away with a silly order under S. 163 of thr BNSS which order will not even be published.
#BREAKING #SupremeCourt declares that right to access and use the internet is a fundamental right of every individual, including children.
Children, irrespective of their age, enjoy the same right to access and use the internet.

Except that who holds those who are supposed to uphold the law accountable when they violate it ?
Clearly, not the courts.

Too much to expect from a court which heard petitions regarding lathicharge on peaceful protesters in July + unprecedented repression in October and yet, was unable to pass one consequential order.
The top court has abandoned its role as the final arbiter of the constitution.

Law and order is dead in delhi. Police is acting like goons and dictators on order of their paw paw!

Urgent #Neha Bora #ReleaseNehaNow:
After a lot of pressure on Delhi Police, colleagues have been informed about Neha's whereabouts. She has been transported across Delhi for 5 hours where she was the lone detainee.
Her lawyers have met Neha at the R K Puram station. It is mid night and police is not giving any clarity about her release.
Neha has been sick for the past few days and needs her medicines. The police is even refusing us to give her that.
Why is Delhi Police holding Neha until Mid Night in a Police station?
When will Neha be released? Why is a women student leader being put in a police station at mid night?
Shame on Delhi Police @RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi

She is beautiful. Has a healthy skin. Thats how healthy brown skin and healthy hair actually look.
Look at your face Sameer, you are full of wrinkles and have a weird look. Despite grooming you look like a monkey.

Being a lawyer is basically having a to-do list and then spending the whole day doing things that were not on the to-do list.

Waving the Tricolour at Jantar Mantar in a peaceful protest is not a crime. Jailing youth for it is an act of cowardice.
Students. Youth. Journalists. The INDIA bloc. Different banners, one cause. All protests are one: citizens demanding their constitutional rights.
Jantar Mantar belongs to the people of India. We will reclaim it.

RATNA SINGH CELEBRATED TOO SOON! 🔥
When Ratna Singh saw the police van carrying Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka leaving, she thought they were being released because of her! 😂
She says Jail ke taale toot gaye, mere aate hi Saurav Das chhoot gaye.
No release. Instead, 5 MORE DAYS in custody! 💀

My criticism of @Cockroachisback is not even them not joining the protest. It’s the complete blackout of today’s protest on their Instagram page today.
Pretending as if nothing happened today is just so ridiculous.
@whattalawyer @SauravDassss
The events, and the continued obstruction that followed even after the SC's order, raise a haunting question: are we witnessing the slow unravelling of constitutional governance, a spectre of the Emergency-era ADM Jabalpur case reborn? @legallyuddin

A historic day on Delhi’s streets.
A sea of citizens walked towards the Supreme Court to defend democracy.
Now we clean up, rest, and return tomorrow. 🇮🇳❤️

I wouldn’t use the word ‘letting’. But I understand what you mean, though. It’s like he can take the centre stage but he didn’t. I guess you meant that.
Glad that women are leading this and esp., a young leader (Neha Bora) who understands the youth more than other leaders.
