Lol! Of what use are these bloody fundamental rights when a babu can take it all away with a silly order under S. 163 of thr BNSS which order will not even be published.
#BREAKING #SupremeCourt declares that right to access and use the internet is a fundamental right of every individual, including children.
Children, irrespective of their age, enjoy the same right to access and use the internet.
That smile and courage remains the same. But the question still hangs there, what type of detention was this? Preventive or arbitrary?

Too much to expect from a court which heard petitions regarding lathicharge on peaceful protesters in July + unprecedented repression in October and yet, was unable to pass one consequential order.
The top court has abandoned its role as the final arbiter of the constitution.

This is against the law itself.
Section 43(5) BNSS bars arrest of a woman after sunset and before sunrise except in exceptional circumstances.
And even then a woman police officer must make a written report and obtain prior permission of the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Her lawyers have met Neha at the R K Puram station. It is mid night and police is not giving any clarity about her release.
Neha has been sick for the past few days and needs her medicines. The police is even refusing us to give her that.
Why is Delhi Police holding Neha until Mid Night in a Police station?
When will Neha be released? Why is a women student leader being put in a police station at mid night?

This is completely arbitrary. She has the right to speak to her lawyer but guess what? Even her lawyer must be having no idea where is she.
Where is @neha_aisa? You can't just detain someone and put her under covers? Right to protest has been diluted to a piece of paper.
Latest weapon in Dilli police’s arsenal: short term disappearances in the guise of detentions.
