As part of my coaching training with @BarefootCoaches, I'm looking for some volunteer clients who can commit to 4.5 hours of free coaching (worth £600+) in exchange for some honest feedback while I learn - DM me if you're interested!
Very slow day for us today 😕 Please come and support us if you are in town tomorrow or next week and fancy a coffee and some cake. We can only carry on the work we do if we have customers through the door.

“Sorry for the slow reply” is a symptom of unrealistic demands in an always-on culture. If you didn’t commit to a response deadline, stop apologizing and drop the guilt—you’re not late. A healthier message is gratitude for reasonable expectations: “Thanks for your patience.”

COVID-19 rates are still very high, and rising again Vaccines substantially reduce rates of severe disease and hospitalisation but there is some reduction of effect over time If you are over 75 or immunosuppressed and the NHS contacts you for a booster please take up the offer
People aged 75 and over, and people aged 12 and over who are immunosuppressed, are now eligible for a Spring COVID-19 booster vaccine. The NHS will contact eligible people to book their next vital jab. Visit nhs.uk/covid-booster for more information.

So...it might just be that most people are waiting until the day before the deadline to apply, but currently we have fewer applicants to the LingComm Grants than we have actual grants to give out I'm just saying, your odds of getting funded are currently extremely good

Knowing when to move on is a skill that most people just do not possess. Everything isn’t meant to serve you forever, it’s important to know when your time is up.

I'm getting married next year (woo) and am putting together a little registry filled with beautiful stuff from small businesses only, as I have some traditional family who want to give a gift. Any small biz recommendations?😄

Absolutely, sometimes I like to collect it for another time where it might be right.
Your path is your path. Take advice with caution and discernment. One person's path to success most likely won't mirror yours. Getting a job that aligns with your values and goals is hard no matter what level you're at in your career.

I've been keeping notes of the parts of my work that energise me, and the parts which drain me. It's making my pathway a lot clearer ✨
