No, you cannot walk 10,000 steps daily, get 8 hours of sleep, cook every night, clean every day, take care of a family, make time for your own hobbies, and still be productive at work every day. This is not just propaganda, it is nonsense. Free yourself from it.

I lost my wallet last night for like 10min. I’m panicking cuz we’re in Atlanta. A nigha be done financed a hellcat in your name and bought a house with your ID in 90 seconds 😭… I was so relieved when I found it

My favorite part of taking time off work has been dilly dallying ALL DAY. I wake up and just do whatever I want. I haven’t denied myself a thing. I also don’t stress about my sleep schedule because it doesn’t matter, I have nowhere to be 😂 this all ends in a week 🥹

I use to write so much—I lost all my hobbies in the past few years. I’m planning on writing about why I decided to take a month off work, how necessary it was/ how much better I feel. I’ve never in my career been off for a month. I’ve lost a parent, got married—never took time.
