Today, I handed over the Directorate of Operations after nearly six years of service, reflecting with gratitude on the journey and the impact we made together. From supporting the @PDMSecretariat , cooperatives, agro-industrialisation and key value chains such as coffee, to strengthening coordination and economic opportunities for communities, the experience has been deeply rewarding. I thank the leadership of @OWC_ug for the trust and confidence placed in me. As I take on my new role as Director for Creatives and Member-Based Organisations, I carry forward the lessons, relationships and experience gained, with renewed energy to turn potential into tangible opportunities.
