Excited to share that our paper, led by my student Anandsingh Chauhan, titled “BarrierFormer: Transformer-Guided Predictive Barrier Enforcement for Safe Robot Control,” has been accepted to CoRL 2026!

BarrierFormer learns predictive safety during training, enabling model-free, optimization-free safe control at deployment with low inference latency.
We evaluate it across multiple dynamical systems and study safety, goal reaching, robustness, and zero-shot generalization.

Our paper on Hybrid topology control for distributed network reconfiguration in multi-agent systems is accepted at 2026 IROS @ieeeiros . This is a joint work with @XiYu_xyureka
We propose leader-based decision-making algorithm that uses central node for efficient real-time reconfiguration, reducing decision-making time to depend on the graph diameter rather than the number of nodes and requiring only one round of information transfer through the network
