I agree. People keep talking about spaces "which generate serendipitous encounters" and "which help tightly bonded teams to form." But what you're describing there, matey-boy, isn't an office - it's a pub.
Excellent point in @FT around office space and the theory that everyone works together. Thousands wear headphones or communicate via messaging platforms. Feel hybrid will be the win and you meet and discuss idea’s etc but 1-2 days a week. @profgalloway @rorysutherland
