This section between St Peter's to wipro is seeing constant accidents,fatal ones too. The section is highly congested, wrong movements,adhoc uturns and absolute choas. You have very small margin of error. Decongest and add Wipro CDP road & improve all junction, upgrade and make pedestrian friendly section. No other option.
