this might answer your question, 5M shares were just bought at the ask .0005 and the ask did NOT CHANGE so $TIPS has a ton more dilution in the pipeline with ALPS Marjorie is busy day trading other OTC stocks with her dilution money from @TIPSHOLDINGS 🙄
