What I like about the tweet is the preferred class. I’ve always had a theory that with debt settlements at $0.01, debt holders receiving commons wouldn’t want to see the SS expand. I think the change of control happens through preferred shares, keeping the OS under 500M.

$GTVH for the first time in a long while this one gets me interested on this news. History of big moves, even with this huge number of OS. Some sort of move should still be possible, but not my favorite share structure for a penny run. Still prefer $NXGB and $LNTO for big moves. Also $DELX gets very interesting down here after someone liquidated his big position into the bid.
But GTVH could be worth a try for a swing to 0.0005, best case 0.0010 in my view, at least until we get other good news.
Most people think $1k COVID checks caused OTC 20-21' bonanza.
