The request to move judgement on stay by @DOJEnergy and @Dateline_DTR $DTREF $DTR up 4 days is a very interesting development. There has to be a move on the chess board which opened up that is time sensitive. Any thoughts on what that might be or benefits to request?

CORPORATE UPDATE $GTVH confirms all convertible note debt has been eliminated, a significant milestone in strengthening the Company’s financial foundation. Official releases from previous noteholders will be issued and posted. The Company is also finalizing legal documentation to activate its beverage brands, implement its business plan, launch its updated corporate website, and complete its leadership transition. Efforts to recover common and preferred shares held by Prima Verde or M3 Capital remain active and nearly finalized, subject to execution of a full release covering all related activities and obligations. Documentation for these matters is expected to be finalized within the next 24–48 hours. These actions move the Company closer to resolving significant legacy matters and position Golden Triangle Ventures to focus on brand development, operational growth, and long-term shareholder value.

Golden Triangle Ventures ($GTVH) provides clarification regarding the existing Florida court case: all outstanding matters have been resolved, and no eviction is taking place. The issues originated with prior tenants. The Company has since assumed responsibility, communicated directly with the landlord, and addressed the matters. Operations continue as usual.

I understand the frustration surrounding $GTVH and $SNTX. After reviewing both businesses and the current outstanding issues, I want to clearly explain the path forward. WTER: We decided not to move forward. GTVH: Beverage business and leadership The plan is to return the beverage division to GTVH and build around those brands, subject to agreements and required legal approvals. The goal is to rebuild shareholder confidence through an active business, experienced leadership, and measurable operating results. Casey has been asked to resign as CEO of GTVH. The proposed successor is one of our current beverage division operators, bringing direct experience with the brands and day-to-day operations. The appointment will be announced once formally approved. M3 Capital and Prima Verde: We are pursuing a complete end to M3 Capital’s and Prima Verde’s involvement in capital raising for both companies, together with the surrender of 2.6 billion GTVH shares. The holdings and surrender arrangements must be verified and documented before completion. Their related SNTX distribution shares would be included in the proposed cancellation, subject to the TRO restrictions described below. Supporting documentation will be disclosed as appropriate, consistent with applicable requirements. SNTX: Distribution and capital structure I intend to pursue cancellation of the entire previously announced SNTX shareholder distribution, except for the shares subject to the TRO. Those shares would remain on hold, with further action taken according to the court’s direction. This changes our prior statement that the distribution would remain unaffected. The proposed cancellation remains subject to confirmation of legal authority, required corporate approvals, and compliance with the court’s orders. We have not received a final response from FINRA regarding the pending distribution submission. Cancellation of distribution shares that are already issued and outstanding would reduce SNTX’s outstanding share count. We also intend to pursue a further reduction in authorized common shares, targeting 500 million or fewer, subject to the resulting outstanding share count, existing share commitments, and required corporate approvals and filings. Final amounts will be disclosed once verified and approved. The objective is to give both companies a stronger foundation: a focused beverage operation at GTVH and a streamlined capital structure supporting Suntex’s construction and development business. This is the final restructuring step I intend to pursue involving both entities together. Going forward, each company’s operations and progress will be communicated separately, with updates on these pending actions continuing through completion. My focus is on resolving these outstanding matters, allow both companies to succeed individually with active opportunities on the table, establishing accountable leadership, and building lasting value for shareholders of both companies. - Javier Leal
