Not sure I've had a blog post this anticipated in a while! Why You Should Hire Agencies & Consultants (for everything you can). NEW POST: sparktoro.com/blog/why-you-s… Lots of calculus goes into a consultant vs. FTE decision, but IMO the anti-agency bias is (mostly) wrong.
