Claude just unblocked a deal stuck in Salesforce for 11 days. Live at #DF26. No slides. Real pipeline.
In seconds, it:
• Scanned the Slack thread
• Checked the security review
• Cross-referenced pricing history
• Executed the next step under standard seller permissions That’s Claudeforce. Not AI bolted onto CRM. Claude executing inside the system the business already trusts.
Trust first. Now it acts. ❤️💪

This reminds me of when Palantir released AIP. If you remember, there were lots of questions about Palantir growth in 2023 or thereabouts.
They launched AIP and allowed LLMs to run over their ontologies.
It lit a fire in their business and it’s been a rocket ship ever since.
This is a similar product evolution. We have started to use it at 8090 and it’s pretty awesome.
Welcome Slackforce, powered by Claude. ⚡️ A live Salesforce UI—Sales, Service, Marketing, Tableau, Data 360, and Slack—with governed access in the flow of work. Slackforce for Slack. Claudeforce for Cowork. See both at #DF26.

Claudeforce is here. ⚡️ The #1 AI (Claude) now runs natively on the #1 CRM (Salesforce). Through the new AIforce harness + Headless 360, Claude gets direct, governed access to Data 360, Tableau, Slack, and your entire Salesforce workflow—without ever leaving the chat.
What this changes today:
• Instant Grounded Intelligence — Ask complex enterprise questions and get real-time, trusted answers
• App & Agent Builder — Deploy custom workflows, agents, and secure apps on the fly
• Action-Oriented — Trigger live enterprise actions and get work done, not just summaries
• Ironclad Governance — Zero Data Retention, full trust boundary, Salesforce-certified by default
Probabilistic models alone can’t run a company. Deterministic systems alone can’t reason. Claudeforce fuses Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce’s trusted data and controls. The AI is the interface.
This is how every business will run.
See it at Dreamforce. #DF26

Free People Use AI Freely! Mahalo, Jensen! Since 2018, Salesforce Research — led by @silviocinguetta and team — has put CodeGen, XGen, BLIP, Moirai, xLAM, Merlion, and others on Hugging Face (where we led the last round) for the world to use freely. Jensen says it best: the world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models. We’ve been building in the open for years. Send me your CV and join @SFResearch. ❤️
For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

"I'm big in Japan" -Piper, probably.
In honor of @salesforce Agentforce World Tour Tokyo on June 9-10, I wanted to share how Piper has made it onto the Japanese version of Salesforce. Go check her out at salesforce.com/jp!
Every company wants to become an Agentic Enterprise, few know where to start. For salesforce, we are starting where it counts, with the revenue and GTM teams. Qualified (@tryqualified) from Salesforce is helping 700+ companies deploy AI SDR Agents that engage buyers, create pipeline, and accelerate growth—24/7.
AI isn't about replacing people. It's about eliminating work that agents can do better.
Piper is giving our Japanese market an AI SDR Agent that never sleeps, never misses a lead, and never stops generating pipeline.
The organizations winning with AI aren't experimenting anymore.
I wish all the best to our Japan team with the big event!

Software was always created by humans, for humans.
Now it's created by humans and agents.
For humans and agents.
And you may never have to log in to use it.
Not even Salesforce—which is now open to every human, agent, and platform with Headless 360.

We build a lot of things at @Salesforce. But this week, at #TDX26, I was reminded that the best thing we've ever built is our Trailblazer Community. It was so awesome seeing the joy on everyone's faces all week as they reconnected with each other, shared stories, learned about what's new at Salesforce, and danced at all the parties. @swbjoyce said it best: It's about the people.

We already run Salesforce headless
Our AI VP of Marketing, our AI VP of Customer Success, and our AI sales agents all work directly at the API level
And our AI VP Marketing presents real time pipeline and revenue analysis and assigns us tasks (for real) on top of Salesforce
We never actually log in as humans

Boom!! We've been running our Salesforce + AI Agents this way for 6 months and it's the future! This is the next big evolution!
We used to dread the meeting recap.
Open CRM. Find the right record. Type up notes. Log actions. Repeat for every call.
Now we can just ask Slackbot to do it.
Turns out the best place for AI to work is wherever we already spend our day.
Your AI investment is only as good as its access. ⚡️
We’ve turned Slackbot into the orchestrator for your entire enterprise.
Agentforce agents? Connected. 🤖
6,000+ AppExchange tools? Integrated. 🛠️
Productivity? Unlocked. 🔓
Trusted data, apps, and agents, all in one conversation.
Is this the end of tab overload? 👀
New Slack drops tomorrow — finally, AI that actually works at work.
→ Dozens of powerful new features
→ 2–6 months of time saved per employee per year

Nailed it about the data, @ReidHoffman. 🎯 Agents made that undeniable.
@SaaStr nearly cancelled Salesforce 10 months ago.
Then they deployed 20 AI agents. Suddenly, the CRM data they'd accumulated over 20 years became the most valuable thing they owned.
Event history, sponsorship levels, every interaction, every engagement pattern.
Agentforce picked up conversations where the team left off. 72% email open rates on leads they'd ghosted for months.
