I think @jitpack is the frictionless option. If you’re turned off that GAVs must use com.github. as groupId prefix let me tell you Jitpack supports custom domain names. I did it for @jreleaser and it’s a doozy.
Quick. Easy. Lemon-squeeze. 😉

I learned about jitpack today, and it's very useful. It allows you to pull in a dependency with #Gradle/#Maven directly from a git hash. I used it to build against an unreleased version of a library that contains a PR that I required. #Java jitpack.io/docs/

Just created a new library for Android, and @jitpack makes distribution so easy that it just took me a commit to publish and distribute the library.
Cheers to Jitpack devs. 🍻

In Spring Boot 2.3, we migrated the build from Maven to Gradle. If you're interested in why and how we made the change, I've just published a blog post with some of the details: spring.io/blog/2020/06/08/mi…. On average CI builds are now 3x-4x faster and local builds 20x-30x faster.

Hi everyone, wrote an article on how we can fix a broken dependency in android and minimize the delay incurred in PR approval with the help of @jitpack. This could be helpful in times when you are waiting for your PR to get merged. #AndroidDev.

New: JitPack now shows an indicator for builds that cannot be deleted. Artifacts older than 7 days become immutable to make sure they are available in the future and don't change

Kicking myself for not adopting @jitpack for personal github java projects years ago. So simple to publish a gradle kotlin project.
