@HeathrowAirport just make you aware of an issue encountered at your long stay carpark on Saturday. I had pre-booked a 2 week stay and returned on Saturday before the scheduled departure.

Upon inserting the ticket, I was encountered with a message that I owed £588! Eventually the attendant open the gates after checking the system. Please don't cause my blood pressure to hit the roof like that 😪

I finished up cancelling my order on 28th December. Samsung wouldn't refund the money so after another week I opened a Section 75 case with my credit card provider. Absolutely appalling treatment from everyone I dealt with at @Samsung. Never again

A few days after this picture was taken, 15 years ago this evening, I gave my dad a hug, not knowing it was the last time. 15 years ago tomorrow he ended his life by suicide. No matter how worthless you feel, remember there is always someone who prefers you alive.
