Was cleared in a matter of hours with Enforcment Services on scene to deal with traffic. That's how a well run city functions. You're probably not used to it coming from ActionSA territory.
All we need is @helenzille to do a few videos and @DadaMorero comes running to fix it. If Helen keeps this up she could have @CityJoburg fixed before she even becomes the mayor. @Our_DA at work.
All it took was one video from @helenzille and the problem was repaired. This is how much power she has even before she's in the mayors chains. Imagine jhb under her control.

Just spent ten days in Cape Town. Saw one broken traffic light and it was working when I went past it again. Landed back in Jo'burg and drove through six consecutive traffic lights that aren't working
A matric doesn't mean you are not capable. It comes down to expirence. I would rather have a police minister who has years of policing expirence over a miniater with a doctorate. Like Angie no one is questioning her education but her expirence in defence !!
