It's hard to mimic the full experience of @beat81_fitness at home, but I thought that at least the data part can be replicated. And so GT81 was born - a personal, web version of the in-workout dashboard.

This might seem so obvious to me now, but when we started @BackHQ_, we did not get all of these right. Too much process, complex stack, and not enough shipping. Over time we removed process, hired the right people, and focused everyone around simple and ambitious goals. 1/2

A little over 4 years after @janiszech first introduced me to @egg_ert, we're getting started on a different (yet similar) journey. Yesterday we announced that @BackHQ_ is joining forces with @PersonioHR, and we're really thrilled about building the PWA vision together.
Congrats @egg_ert & @jameslafa about joining Personio.
Soooo many good memories from analyzing Future of Work problems to solve, founding @BackHQ_, onboarding @its_honza as the first crazy one to join, building v0.1 & attracting the first customers like @remergeio...
Rock on!
I'm amazed by the ease with which I just set up a VPN with @Tailscale to route all my traffic through my home RPi while I'm using the (unencrypted) WeWork Guest wifi network π₯°.

Today was a fun oneπ

The funny thing about physical and mental health is how closely they're connected. It's almost obvious that when you feel physically sick, your mental health suffers as well. No one likes to feel sick, right π€·π»ββοΈ. 1/n
Why is that important? With my sprits somewhat lifted, I'm really eager to get back into my old routine. Unfortunately I have to battle not only my motivation, but also my expectations, as I suddenly find myself struggle where I used to glide through. 7/n
I thought I was going to be bored tonight but someone left a @WeShare_DE car parked in the middle of our narrow street and now the Ordnungsamt is trying to remove it.
At the same time the car is still bookable in the app π, even though it got briefly reserved by someone. They probably cancelled when they saw the whole situation.
