AI UGC Video Experiment 2
For today’s AI video experiment, I tried Hypit, an AI tool I recently discovered for recreating videos.
I used it to recreate an Instagram outfit-change Reel with Nora, my AI character, in four Korean streetwear looks.
I picked outfit references, generated four images and four clips, then edited a 25-second video. Those images and clips used about $1.92 worth of credits at my top-up rate.
Original on the left, my version on the right, so you can judge what that budget got me. The movements are newly generated. I think it captured the original’s feel well, with no major flaws that I noticed.
I’ll also post my version on my Instagram account and see how it does.

做短视频投放的都懂，一条视频爆了，第一反应就是照着再拍一条。
换个产品，换个主播，换种语言，结构原样保留。
真动手就头大了，字幕一条条对，B-roll 一段段塞，音效一个个卡点。改一句台词，后面所有时间点全得挪一遍。做 10 个变体，就是剪 10 遍。
Hypit 的思路是把这活交给 Claude Code、Codex 这类 coding agent，给它们一套做视频的语言和工具，丢一条视频进去，agent 把它复刻成一份完整的 workflow，画面、字幕、B-roll、特效都在里面。
