Great run tonight, despite the heat. Really enjoying my running journey now, taking inspiration from friends and great runners from across the country.
Doing our last tapering run before @plymouthhalf Getting nice comments about my @AberystwythTown shirt
People of #Plymouth suggestions please for somewhere to eat, drink and celebrate completion of the Plymouth Half Marathon. Thanks in advance.
Amongst all the stress, worry and anxiety of the Christmas period, here are our rabbits sleeping by the tree. Enjoy. #peace #quiet #christmas
Collecting for @PoppyLegion in Tonbridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, and Hartfield. Great people who volunteer alongside me and hundreds of people donating. I've spoken to people from as far afield as Australia, USA, and Singapore. Some very exciting days ahead. Lest We Forget.

Last month we were approached by the @BBCTheOneShow who wanted to do a piece on our enablement grants - in a show presented by @JJChalmersRM.
It was a great privilege & we were proud to talk up what we’re doing & also to intro the 5 finalists.

Thunderstorms are forecast across our region. This could lead to surface water flooding.
Please take care as driving conditions maybe hazardous.
Remember do not drive through flood water, just an egg cup full can ruin your engine.

Ready for #AnzacDay With grateful thanks to @UKAUSVeteran from @Veterans_Can for getting me the rosemary pin, @Gallipoli100 for the tie and membership, and to Jan from Ieper for the 'message in a poppy', a pin made from WW1 relics found in the field where my relative was killed.
Really think @TroyHawke should be at the @LondonMarathon and give compliments to all the runners. Everyone would be full of energetic compliments and he would bring smoking jacketed sunshine to every competitor. Shoulders back! #WWJMD
Wasn't expecting that this morning. Over a minute off my pb!!! 😁 @BunnyLadyofKent and her efforts in @WinterRunUK and @LLHalf really inspire me to do better, and reach new goals. #running #pb #FitnessMotivation
