THIS. Culture doesn't have to wait on museums or City Hall. It lives in restaurants, venues, galleries, and shops. Started @newentityco to move tech wealth into exactly that. Talked about it on @greatchatpod: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…
Loved jumping on @greatchatpod to trade perspectives on tech’s role in building our cities. Thanks so much for having me @ashleymayer!
This week’s @greatchatpod is one of my favorites! @helloligaya, founder of New Entity, joined the chat to talk about the complicated relationship between tech and SF, and why our industry hasn’t left a physical imprint in the way Wall Street and Hollywood have (the startup billboards don’t count).
Straight from the critics’ mouth @sfchronicle is bringing back the star system! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Should your startup invest in building community?
It's a big question... one that deserves a thorough answer.
I worked with @lennysan for the last 3 months on a 6,400-word guide published today in his newsletter.
Here are the highlights... 🧵

Incredible work :-)
I don't think there's any doubt that without the savvy strategy & effectiveness of tactical outreach/placement, AirBnB wouldn't be where it is today.
