On the 7 seasons I worked on TPF, there was a psychologist on set. Most major reality TV have them [ legal caveats too] Simply coz our brains are unable to process dopamine hits from being on camera 24/7. It mostly leads to self sabotage. Exhibit 7357:👇🏾

South Africans are laughing at the size of a Kenyan police station, so I went to look at what those skyscraper police stations are achieving. 40,475 reported rapes in one year. That is about 3,373 a month, 778 a week, 111 every day and nearly five every hour. Basically, one reported rape every 13 minutes. Maybe we should compare results, not buildings.
