this week we struggled a bit with maintaining quality while increasing volume for our ai animation ads
and here's the thing: this is the moment where you as a founder should join their trenches
Ive never did ai animation ads myself but I now looked into it
because thats the only way to actually realize the bottlenecks
so I did an ad myself and I collected so many learnings its insane
telling the editors "just do it better and faster" doesnt solve it
doing it yourself once, breaking down the workflow and improving it does
but most founders have too much of an ego to do this
I ran an A/B on my offer for the past days
very inconsistent results
on one day A won
on the other day B
overall pretty even
many people would kill the B variation
but I trusted my gut and fullsent B
now performance skyrocketed
I feel like I cant trust A/B softwares anymore
anyone on here got a sick AI animation ads workflow which can produce good quality AI ads at volume?
