A lot of you asked me how we built the autonomous editor. Let me first clearly define exactly what we have: 0 - We were aiming at true autonomy at parallel. That ment fully replacing the editor. Not just giving him tools to be better. 0.5 - At the core of it, editing is just taking 100 extremely systematic decisions for every video. 1 - we took the above and worked on giving LLMs tools and heuristics to take the right decision 97/100 times. this was the hardest part. Because the more creative and better it gets, the more structure you need to provide for it so it doesn't go off the rails. But the more structure there is, the more un-creative it is. The answer was a sweet spot that took us a lot of testing to figure out. 2 - there's no UI button clicking like capcut. it's fully handsoff. you can run 10 of them at parallel. And they all come off with a fully done video. A lot of you asked me if i'm running davinci resolve mcp or any editor at all. The answer is no. It's all hands-free. If you look hard, editing is much more math rather than art. Because of this, we decided that we shouldn't even open the possibility of a human and all of his inherent slowness, stupidity and mistakes. Just computers computing. The CPU work (rendering, encoding etc) is ran on cloud compute. 3 - We came out with some sort of an intelligence on its own where we can train it on any editing style. Zack D Films, Lymphoria, The Office, Telenovela, etc etc and it soaks it up, learns the patterns and after some fine tuning starts to emulate it near perfectly. This is by simply learning what decisions, when to take and how to take trough the framework we've provided it. What's next. Editors are kaput. Except the ones who can give crazy interesting visual briefs. But I feel like the scriptwriter does this much better. The next thing we're already working on (in parallel to expanding this editor intelligence to all sorts of new formats) is creative intel at scale. On any given week I want the maximum number of high intent scripts done trough AI copywriting pipelines we've built. Then they get sent into the agentic editor blackbox. If you run the numbers, it's entirely possible to essentially run an entire creative department all by yourself. 5 niches, 5 concepts a week per niche. 25 concepts a week. Scriptwriting done in maybe a day? Then send it off to the editor blackbox and put dirt cheap VAs to operate it. The future is exciting. 1mil/d with this soon? last week my video editing agent with a custom harness did 20 5+ minute lymphoria style song ads from script to fully finished. (preview below) a normal editor needs 3-5 days for one song depending on the length. to get 5 of these ads a week u need 5 editors. but if u're me then you just need to yap the creative / visual direction for a few minutes, click a few buttons and stare at the screen. and also this is a SYSTEM. not a vibe coded astra + davinci resolve mcp midwit slop. We measured it and we're literally 30-50x more efficient than an editor. And yes the quality is the same. nobody believed me, but after labbing like psychopaths for 3 months we're actually starting to replace creative decisions en-masse in the creative production process. i'll probably figure out a way to get this to everybody, you give it to your creative strategist and it's GGs you can fire completely all your editors. no more endless revisions no more questionable B-roll choices no more "sory boss me and my sister sick we need time off" (for the 5x time in 2 months) maybe i share the method, maybe not. either way - looking for a few supplement brands on META to partner with and run song ads like this + all of of other viral formats and that we can produce at industrial scale without decreasing intent.

there truly is no way but forward. The only real solution to your current problems is more data. more data = better pattern recognition = better feedback loops = better decisions. and the only way to get more data is to just go where you never went. aka forward. never backwards. if you hide in your fox-whole you are safe for a while, but you get 0 information and the enemy eventually catches up to you. life is just one big OODA loop.

the current process / infrastructure for how creative strategy is being done is super caveman and CS can be 10x in output and winners if they're given the right exoskeleton that combines AI, Tech and Invaluable human judgement at just the right places. i really wish i had this when i was doing 1mil/m in ad spend earlier this year as a CS Coming soon... 👿👿
