Ukraine agreed to Trump's ceasefire proposal. russia didn't even bother to respond.
Yet Ukraine faces threats to intelligence sharing and Starlink disruptions, while Trump eases sanctions on russia.
Is this what “peace through strength” looks like?

The Ukrainian people are the victims of this war, not its perpetrators. That simple historical fact eludes some in this administration, so it must be restated again and again.
Putin’s Kremlin isn’t just Ukraine’s enemy. It’s America’s enemy.
Whatever it is that drives the Trump administration’s animosity toward Ukraine, that hostility represents a grotesque moral failing. It isn’t just strategically incomprehensible; it betrays America’s values and traditions. nationalreview.com/corner/th…

We stand with Israel against those who seek its destruction. We should stand with Ukraine against Russian aggression, too.

Here is some relevant text of US law requiring the president to certify that Russia has reached an agreement *accepted by Ukraine* to withdraw its forces and cease hostilities before the president can resume the importation of Russian oil. (There is no such agreement.) Even then, there are lengthy timetables before such importation can occur, allowing Congress to overrule the president with a resolution of disapproval.

As bad as Ken Paxton is now on corruption, policy, hyper-partisanship, character, personal life, divisiveness, dishonesty, slavish loyalty to Trump - he will be 10 times worse as a US Senator.

It’s bad enough that Trump is using what once was a White House to invite donors for dinner, but he’s not paying for it. We the taxpayers are.

“She reportedly told medical staff that she had accidentally broken a test tube containing live bacteria while collecting samples for testing.
“She was hospitalized Tuesday with symptoms of severe pneumonia in Shelekhov, a town near the regional capital of Irkutsk. She was placed on a ventilator and died Thursday, according to the reports.”
Health authorities in Siberia’s Irkutsk region have placed nearly 200 people under medical observation after a laboratory worker died from plague, according to media reports and a statement by a regional leader.

You, Senator are so representative of the reason I left the GOP. You will bend yourself into a pretzel to appease your dear leader, Trump, like some North Korean apparatchik. Someday, we will retake the GOP, return it to its Reagan roots, and drain the swamp of people like you. Trump clearly and illegally tried to overturn the election and he should be rotting in jail for that. I can’t wait for November when the blue wave turns into a blue tsunami because pathetic senators like you can’t lie your way out of the destruction and chaos that Trump has brought us. You are a complete and utter jackass senator.

The Justice Department issued subpoenas to Washington Post and Wall Street Journal reporters about their national security reporting. The Post and Journal challenged the subpoenas, which were withdrawn earlier this month.

Erick, just think of what we’ve become when it is more logical to believe Iranian negotiators than the American White House on a point of fact.
