RYZE went from $120K to $300M+ a year selling mushroom coffee with AI ads, here's what we need to learn from them: 1/ They have an offshore army of AI video editors -> They hire AI video creators in 12 countries: Serbia, Ukraine, Spain, Peru, Lebanon, Brazil, Argentina, Nigeria, Romania, Mexico, Georgia and the US 2/ They run an insane amount of ads: 6,200 live at once -> And 60K+ have been tested 3/ They sell $45 bags of coffee running AI Pixar-style soap operas -> Her best friend steals her fiancé, her aunt brings mushroom coffee from Japan, 6 weeks later the bride begs "What did you do?" - I used RYZE 4/ To get a job there you need to create 2 Pixar-style ads 5/ Editors get drilled on new AI pipelines every week -> Weekly sessions break down winning ads and new tools like Kling, Veo, Higgsfield and OpenArt, plus a bonus when an ad wins 6/ They use AI to pick the next best ad and every second of it is calculated -> A storyboard writer maps what the actor does and which clips come from stock footage or AI, editors just follow the plan 7/ A casting machine that burns through 4,000 new actors a month -> Found on Billo, Collabstr, Backstage, Casting Networks and even their own Meta ads, 30% must be real UGC creators, not professional actors 8/ Actors get promoted like football players -> New actors start in "Growth House" and move up to "Powerhouse" when their ads perform. They scout 15-20 new actors and creators every week 9/ They're building a 100+ creator army that sells RYZE on TikTok -> Creators post videos with a buy button right inside TikTok and get a cut of every sale, top ones also get a monthly fee 10/ The whole back office is outsourced to the Philippines and India -> Filipino assistants handle inventory, suppliers and transactions, the finance director sits in India

must-read for marketers
CEOs are desperate for an AI-pilled head of marketing. Here's how to become the Claude-maxxing CMO they're looking for: 1/ Force yourself to make Claude Code your only interface -> Work from Claude Code and stop opening Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics tools. Even reply to emails and messages from Claude Code 2/ Create a copy of your website specifically for AI agents -> Plain-text pages, an llms.txt map and an MCP server, so an agent can understand your product and sign up without a human 3/ Rethink how you hire marketing people -> The time of hiring by CV is over. Hire for proof of work online and how much money they've made online 4/ Make a skill out of every action you repeat, then run it on a schedule -> A skill is a saved set of instructions Claude follows, like your ad audit checklist. Write it once and it runs every morning without you 5/ Connect Claude to every marketing channel so it has the full context -> Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, Shopify and your CRM in one place. Ask for any dashboard and get it in 30 seconds 6/ Set up a pipeline with Ryze AI to ship 100s of creatives a month -> It reads your business context, spies on competitors, learns from your ad account history and makes new ads in your brand style 7/ Set agents to spy on who ranks at the top of Claude and ChatGPT -> Every week they check your buyers' top 100 questions, see which pages win, and create the pages you need to take the top spot 8/ Feed Claude your sales calls, reviews and support tickets -> It finds the objections and phrases buyers repeat most, and those become your ad hooks, landing page headlines and FAQ 9/ Learn programmatic SEO -> Publish 10 pages a day, one per use case, integration and competitor, each with its own data and a direct answer on top 10/ Have an app inside ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, Hermes and every other AI tool -> The companies that got there early made 10s of millions out of it. Canva's ChatGPT app alone had 26M+ conversations Full guide on how to become an AI-native marketer in the first comment.

Ryze AI - autopilot for paid ads and SEO retweeted
So many takeaways, I have to share: 1. I'm not kidding when I say the "value per word" of this post is higher than every MBA program in America. (Another signal traditional education is cooked for 90%+ of jobs/industries.) 2. Great to see Silicon Valley finally taking notes from the ecom world. SV has historically been the best at creating products, and the worst at marketing. Ecom & affiliate marketers are the best marketers in the world, with info/agency marketers second. Meanwhile, most venture-backed founders don't even know how to run a simple retargeting ad or setup an automated email funnel. 3. WisperFlow hiring a 19 year old with a mid-IQ GPA to build this entire system is all the proof you need that the world has changed. Nobody "owes" you a job. Either you build things that drive results or you pray for Universal Basic Income. Whether you think that's fair or not is irrelevant. That's the world we live in now. Get to work. 4. It continues to astound me how many creators don't have any idea how to measure the "value of their value." When I see stuff like this, my first thought is always, "Why would creators accept such low payment terms?" And then I remember the vast majority of people have no clue how to make $1 online aside from social platforms paying them CPMs in exchange for attention. Marketers will arbitrage this all day long, because they understand LTV & biz models, whereas the average person only understands "I make content, get views."
The most insane paid ads program in Silicon Valley, behind Wispr Flow's $0 to $2B run 1/ "10 really good creators can get you to $50M a year" -> The model: brands recruit creators to film their ads and pay them a percent of the ad spend 2/ A year ago Wispr Flow stopped organic UGC completely and put everything into paid -> 500 to 700 new UGC ads a month now, aiming for 1,000 3/ They took the paid ads playbook of killer ecom brands -> SF finally figured out what the best DTC brands have been doing for years 4/ Their view: organic only works with real talent on the team, while paid works for anyone who can ship enough different ads -> You don't need a genius to win on paid, you need lots of ads that each look and sound different and a system that keeps them coming 5/ Ecom brands pay creators a cut of each sale. SaaS brands pay a cut of the ad spend, since a software sale can take weeks to close 6/ Wispr pays 7% of ad spend, uncapped, paid out every 7 days 7/ New creators get a guaranteed minimum, which is how Wispr signed good ones before it had a track record -> $1,000 for 20 to 25 videos a month. A creator who earns $500 in commissions gets the other $500, and once they earn more than $1,000 on their own the guarantee stops 8/ Each creator works on one customer segment -> A customer no ad was speaking to, a format nobody could shoot, a country with nothing running. One creator per gap 9/ No two videos are allowed to look alike -> Meta's Andromeda clusters videos that are 50 to 60% similar and suppresses them, so 1,000 talking heads get treated as one ad 10/ They recruit on Instagram with keyword search -> Search "UGC creator", "tech", "SaaS", mine the followers and comments of every good creator, send 100 to 200 DMs in a week 11/ 50 creators accepted out of 5,000+ applications -> $220k paid out so far, top creator makes $12k a month 12/ Creators get $100 for referring someone at their level or above -> No beginners on the team 13/ They scaled 5 creators, then 10, then 20, then 40, and stopped at 40 to 60 -> The whole climb from 5 to 50 took four months 14/ Creators are run like a sales team -> 30-minute onboarding each, a weekly call with the media buyer, 1:1s, creator coaches 15/ Creators see the ad account -> Every Thursday the media buyer walks them through what's working, which customers to target next and what to test 16/ One media buyer runs all of it: 50 creators, 700 ads a month 17/ The same creator ads run on Meta, AppLovin and TikTok 18/ The group stays small on purpose -> $100k paid to 20 creators looks better to creators than $200k paid to 1,000 19/ Creators see which ad is winning and start making their own version of it. Wispr stops this and pushes them to film something new instead -> Meta treats the copy as the same ad as the original, so the copy never gets shown 20/ Why other creator programs fail: brands accept everyone who applies, nobody coaches the creators, and creators join without understanding they only get paid when their ads perform 21/ Meta charges more every year for the same amount of reach, and that cost is out of Wispr's hands. The one thing they control is how good and how different their ads are, so that's where the money goes -> Last quarter Meta showed 14% more ads than the quarter before and still raised the price of each one by 12% 22/ The guy who built it joined Wispr Flow at 19, before the product existed, with a 2.5 GPA -> 25 months later: $280M Series B at a $2B valuation

how we find who's winning in ChatGPT and copy them, without guessing: open the Ryze AI Chrome extension on a competitor's site check their citation count. 5 citations = nobody. 250 = they own the category. open the pages ChatGPT cites them for. the most-cited pages are the real winners, not the homepage. check which sites made ChatGPT trust them: the listicles, review sites and Reddit threads doing the recommending. list the buyer questions where ChatGPT names them and not you. that's your content calendar. steal the page layout ChatGPT remembers, ask Ryze AI to rebuild it for your brand, repeat on every competitor. no tool is 100% accurate. but this finds brands ChatGPT already recommends, and that's what you model
to replicate any competitor's GEO strategy, do this: 1/ open the Ryze AI Chrome extension 2/ check the pages that got them cited in ChatGPT 3/ spot the sites that made ChatGPT trust them 4/ list the questions where ChatGPT names them, not you 5/ steal the page layout ChatGPT remembers 6/ ask Ryze AI to recreate it for your brand that's it literally so easy, your next $1M ARR is sitting in ChatGPT

10 google ads tips that can 2x your roas: 1/ reorder product titles start with the words people search, like "running shoes for flat feet", and put your brand name at the end. 2/ bid on questions buying keywords cost $5 a click, but the questions buyers ask ("why is my skin dry in winter") cost $0.10 and nobody bids on them. 3/ raise quality score moving from 5 to 7 cuts your cpc by 28%. 4/ reuse meta winners the ads already winning on facebook and instagram will run on google's demand gen placements at a 40% lower cpc. 5/ retarget quiet customers build a campaign just for past customers who stopped buying. this one move made a brand €505k. 6/ duplicate top skus list your bestsellers a second time with different titles and you can show up 3-4 times in the same search result. 7/ cap spend on branded keywords ads on your own brand name look super profitable, but those people were coming to buy anyway. 8/ verify before killing google's dashboard undercounts cold campaigns by up to 38%, so check a third-party tracker before you shut anything off. 9/ run search under pmax without a search campaign underneath, you can't see which sales pmax actually created. 10/ fix the conversion event google optimizes for whatever you count. make it optimize for purchases.

how we built a 20m+ views content factory: 1/ claude scrolls social media and saves posts that perform 2/ claude classifies each post and routes it to a lane — ugc, video or static 3/ ugc claude turns the winners into creator briefs 4/ the static pipeline automatically breaks posts into scenes and layouts and recreates them at scale 5/ the video team decomposes complex formats and builds a pipeline to recreate them still needs one full-time person to manage, but output is 300+ pieces of content a day and 20m+ views a month.
