Rioters are rioting. Looters are looting. The millionaires and billionaires aren’t doing anything. There’s no reason to bring them up except a psychotic obsession. There’s only one thing to observe, the behavior of the people engaging in violence.

Because you neither respect nor value civilization. They’re looting and stealing and expressing their antipathy to basic rules of living together.

They know exactly what the protests about; and you avoid the obvious truth to get lost in irrelevant detail.

Rioting and hurting innocent is taking their fundamental human rights. You’re ignoring it happening in real life and inventing it where it isn’t, because you’re desperate to make a dementedly biased point.

As always, no useful perspective, no policy suggestions, no sense of what to do, just a grunting ad hominem Respond. Explain why I’m wrong.

No it doesn’t. Capitalism needs people to spend and does better with more people able to spend. Capitalism makes scarce things more plentiful with production and innovation. You’re repeating an untrue, nonsense talking point. Try to argue your point rather than assert.

Al-Qassam is Hamas’s Army. Hamas is the elected government. Its army is trained, funded, armed, has a chain of command to the government and shared allegiance. It’s an army by all the required characteristics. You’re an idiot.

That’s a good thing to do.

It’s not the “demanding,” it’s plans that will work. Work means without causing much more harm than good.

It’s also given a lot of misanthropes a framework to rant. That personally improves my QOL as entertainment.

Nothing that requires others’ labor (and risk, and capital) is ever free. Sunsets are free. Swimming at the beach is free. Going for a hike is free.

It does. Otherwise you wouldn’t have them. Or at best you’d have whatever scraps a broke, totalitarian state decides to throw your way.

To the extent it subverts ideology that would decrease the prosperity and freedom of large populations, that’s good. Capitalism minimizes exploitation by emphasizing voluntary exchange and the individual rights framework that is its foundation. It doesn’t have to be from the ruling class, just people with good observation and access to data and history.

The billionaires can afford extremely expensive energy and food, designed with very low environmental impact. The environmental impact is to feed and power YOU

Hamas Al-Qassam is an army. It is the army of the elected government of Gaza. @grok What are the defining characteristics of an army. What distinguishes it from a bunch of armed guys?

As terrible as are those events they’re extremely rare. If people have been fed a newsfeed that makes it seem a risk that would change decisions, that’s a mistake. The way to counter the mistake is better information. And hardening schools is sadly required.
