disappointing @Delta. 2day I became a million miler. In the past the crew personally thanked them. Didnt need a big spectacle but a simple Ty would have been nice. What I got? unwanted seat reassignment and told to grab my own jacket on the way out. #nogratitude

I think @USCPSC should investigate @Delta false ads of free WiFi for SkyMiles members. When flying on regional carrier it’s not true. I fly Harrisburg to Atlanta leg often which is operated by @SkyWestAirlines. They never offer the privilege. The policy is misleading at best.
