Personne ne va le tuer, il doit regarder en face les familles qu'il a plongé dans le désarroi et assumer... Rendre des comptes sur les kidnappings et les trafics illégaux qu'il a généré... Il faut qu'il soit jugé et condamné pour tout cela et bien d'autres choses.

Africa got nominal independence in the 1960s. The World Bank and IMF made sure that this was just on paper. With every loan the countries had to accept political changes and the continuation of economic dependence. This map still makes sense.
