Why buy British honey?🇬🇧 Only 14% of the honey we consume comes from Britain, compared to 60% on average in Europe. Most of our bee keepers are small-scale enterprises. Support our local economies and Love British Honey!🇬🇧

Creative Industries make up 6% of our economy. That’s more than car and oil industries together. They employ 2.3million people. To cut funding for creative arts at university level is fudge-brained, cack-hearted thinking pitched very much at the highest level of economic self-harm. theguardian.com/education/20…

It’s that time again. A mumpsimus (16th century) is someone who refuses to budge/insists that they are right, despite clear evidence that they are wrong. Plural: mumpsimuses.

I was on BBC News earlier talking about Milk & Honey, a business I opened in Soho 18 years ago. We’ve paid over £3.9m in rent since 2002. Our landlord is very wealthy, owns the building outright and has no debt on it, but he still expects rent to be paid in full. #NationalTimeOut

Well done @GarethMalone Let's have music in all prisons.
@GarethMalone @BBCTwo #thechoir was a remarkable tv experience. Huge well done 2U Gareth, for getting these young men to open up & express their feelings in their music. I absolutely loved the songs they wrote. I hope this will lead 2 music b/coming part of their rehabilitation
